Vision:
Identify, mentor, and progress PGA Members and Associates along a guided path to volunteer leadership.
Focus:
Shepherd PGA Members and Associates of all backgrounds and experience levels into learning, engaging, and serving as leaders within the PGA of American and within non-profit organizations and local communities.
2024-2025 Goals:
1.) Establish and define a Western WA Chapter PGA LEAD program within the Mentorship Committee for members and associates
2.) Fill the committee members by March 1, 2025
3.) Establish a step-by-step process for the Mentor/Associate relationship by June 1, 2025
4.) Create a list of 6 PGA Members that are in roles of Head Golf Professional or higher within their facility available for associates to contact by April 15.
5.) Have 4 professionals in the PGA LEAD program with mentors chosen by October 1, 2025
