HOW TO SET-UP YOUR OWN GOLF-IN-SCHOOLS PROGRAM
Step One
Contact the physical education teacher at your local elementary or middle school and discuss the possibility of teaching a program and what dates would work.
Step Two
Fill out the Western Washington Chapter Golf-in-Schools Application and email to [email protected]
Step Three
Once your application is approved, print out the Claim Form and take it with you to your classes. The teacher must sign off on each class.
Step Four
Email your claim form and your best pictures to [email protected]
