Our North Stars: Building a Stronger Chapter Community
The Western Washington PGA exists to support a thriving community of PGA Members and Associates. Our Member Experience North Stars guide that work through three connected priorities: competition, camaraderie, and outreach. Together, they shape how we create opportunities, support our professionals, and strengthen golf throughout our region.
Competition brings our professionals together through Pro-Ams, Senior Pro-Ams, and Member and Associate tournaments. Camaraderie builds lasting friendships and professional connections through education, networking, mentorship, grants, and accessible leadership. Outreach extends our impact through partnerships, charitable causes, community engagement, and sharing the stories of our professionals.
The chart below shows how these efforts connect to one central purpose: a Chapter community where our professionals feel supported, connected, and empowered to succeed.
