Chapter LEAD

Develop Your Leadership. Shape Our Chapter’s Future.

WWC PGA LEAD identifies, mentors, and prepares PGA Members and Associates for volunteer leadership roles at the Chapter level and beyond. Launched in November 2025, the program provides a pathway for professionals who want to grow as leaders and serve the Association.

Who Should Apply

PGA Members in good standing and PGA Associates in good standing who have completed Level 1 are encouraged to apply. The program is designed for professionals interested in leadership, governance, and service to the Association.

Participants are expected to attend monthly virtual sessions, participate in select in-person meetings, and engage in Chapter committee work. Each annual cohort is limited to up to five LEADers.

The LEAD Experience

  • Leadership development: Monthly virtual sessions covering governance, communication, and strategic leadership.
  • Behind-the-scenes access: In-person opportunities to observe Chapter Board and committee meetings.
  • Hands-on involvement: Committee placement based on your interests.
  • Mentorship and connections: Opportunities to learn from and build relationships with Chapter leadership.
