Matt Epstein of Everett G&CC fired a 3-under 69 to win the top seed in the 2014 WWC PGA Match Play Championship bracket. Only 5 players broke par on the challenging White Horse layout under sunny and firm conditions.
On the senior side, Doug Doxsie and Mike Givens each shot 70 to land the #1 & #2 seedings respectively. Conditions weren’t quite as nice for the seniors, with cold, windy and wet conditions making the The Golf Course at Hawks Prairie Links Course very challenging.
