Brandon Mohl – Rainier Golf & Country Club: The Western Washington PGA is proud to highlight Brandon Mohl, PGA Head Golf Professional at Rainier Golf & Country Club. Brandon plays a central role in the day-to-day success of the operation, helping ensure the facility runs smoothly, consistently, and with purpose. From preparing the golf shop and coordinating staff to making sure golfers are ready to play each day, he keeps the entire operation organized and moving forward. Just as importantly, he leads by example. Brandon communicates clearly, supports his team, and understands that great golf experiences are the result of a strong group effort. His leadership helps create an environment where both staff and golfers notice the difference.
A big part of Brandon’s impact comes from how present he is with the golfers themselves. You’ll find him on the lesson tee, at leagues, junior programs, and club events, always approachable and engaged. He prioritizes relationships and works to keep the atmosphere welcoming, fun, and efficient for players of all skill levels. Whether he’s helping a new golfer feel comfortable or working with a seasoned player to improve, Brandon’s goal is simple: make the game more enjoyable. If he can add a laugh along the way, even better.
Brandon’s commitment extends beyond the golf course as well. He believes golf is strongest when it gives back, and he consistently supports youth mentorship, community outreach, and member needs whenever possible. His approach is not about recognition, but about showing up, helping others, and representing his facility and the game in a positive way. Through his leadership, engagement, and community involvement, Brandon exemplifies the role PGA Professionals play both inside and outside the club.
