Chapter LEAD

The Western Washington Chapter PGA is now accepting applications for the WWC PGA LEAD Program, a leadership development initiative designed to identify, mentor, and prepare PGA Members and Associates for volunteer leadership roles at the Chapter level and beyond.

Launched in November 2025, WWC PGA LEAD provides a defined pathway for professionals who are passionate about leadership, governance, and service to the Association.

Who Should Apply
PGA Members and Associates in good standing who have completed Level 1 and have a desire to serve the Association. Participants are expected to attend monthly virtual sessions, participate in select in-person meetings, and engage in Chapter committee work.

Program Includes
• Cohort limited to up to five LEADers annually
• Monthly virtual sessions on governance, communication, and strategic leadership
• In-person opportunities to observe board and committee meetings
• Committee placement based on interest
• Mentorship and networking with Chapter leadership
