18 Foursomes teed it up in the new Patriot Golf Day Pro-Am at Eagles Pride GC @ JBLM. Chris Koch of Salish Cliffs GC won low gross honors and his team from Eagles Pride ran away with the team event as well.
Army National Guard 1st Sargeant John Ecclestone was the big winner of the Patriot Golf Cart fully restored by retired US Marine and Snohomish GC PGA Professional Fred Jacobson. Thanks to Fred’s donation of all his work and funds to restore the cart, the Chapter raised $4,440 for the Folds of Honor Foundation on the raffle alone!
The event was a huge hit with all the players and we expect it to grow in size as we move forward. All the amateurs were active or retired military veterans, with one World War II vet included!!
